Where Every Pizza Tells a Story

Round table pizza was born in 2008 when founder Marco Delgado left a corporate career behind and followed a lifelong dream — creating the perfect round table pizza experience in the heart of Minneapolis. What started as a modest 12-seat kitchen on W Broadway has grown into the neighborhood's most beloved pizza destination.

Our name says it all: at our round table, everyone is equal, everyone belongs, and everyone deserves a genuinely great pizza. We use stone-milled flour, vine-ripened tomatoes, and hand-pulled mozzarella sourced from local farms across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Today, our team of 30+ passionate cooks, drivers, and hosts serves hundreds of families every day — carrying the same spirit Marco brought to that first pie over a decade ago.

2008 — The Beginning

Doors Open on W Broadway

Marco Delgado opens the first Round table pizza location with just 12 seats, a wood-fired oven, and an unshakable belief that Minneapolis deserved a truly great neighborhood pizzeria.

2011 — Recognition

Best Pizza in Minneapolis Award

Three years in, the Minneapolis Star Tribune named us the city's best independent pizzeria. The line out the door hasn't stopped since. We expanded seating to 60 guests that same year.

2014 — Going Local

Farm-to-Table Sourcing Initiative

We formalized partnerships with seven Minnesota family farms, committing to source 100% of our cheese, vegetables, and herbs locally. Quality went up; food miles went way down.

2017 — Delivery Launched

Bringing the Round Table to Your Door

We launched our in-house delivery service, extending our reach across Minneapolis and surrounding neighborhoods. No third-party apps — just our own drivers, on time, every time.

2020 — Resilience

Pivoting to Keep the Community Fed

During the challenges of 2020, we retooled our kitchen for contactless delivery, introduced community meal boxes, and donated over 3,000 pizzas to frontline workers across the Twin Cities.

2024 — Today & Beyond

Expanding the Round Table Experience

With a full renovation of our dining room, a brand-new online ordering system, and an expanded catering menu, Round table pizza enters its next chapter — still family-owned, still made with love.
